Meet Lex, the mastermind behind the recent 2 Kisses imprint and a DJ who has spent the last six years igniting dancefloors across Australia and Europe with her magnetic musical prowess. The Naarm (Melbourne) based artist has enchanted audiences at major festivals nationwide, sharing the stage with luminaries in the dance music realm, including Peggy Gou, DJ Seinfeld, Mall Grab, HAAi, Confidence Man, and a constellation of others.

Lexy Haplin's love affair with music began amidst the energetic vibes of Eora (Sydney), where she honed her craft in an eclectic array of venues and underground warehouse soirees. Since transferring her sonic roots to Melbourne, she's become an integral part of the scene, soundtracking events for Handle, Bizzaro and iconic Bizarro Revolver nights, as well as gracing cherished locales like Monty's and Milney's on the regular. Her DJ sets are a kaleidoscope of sonic exploration, oscillating from infectious club anthems to the hypnotic rhythms of chugging house and disco, all the way to the realms of downtempo indie electronic rock, balearic, and leftfield IDM.

Lex's sonic odyssey has traversed the airwaves of esteemed radio stations, with unforgettable sets on Red Light Radio, triple j, FBi Radio, Threads (London), and Scramble (South Korea). As if that weren't enough, she's also embarked on a thrilling journey as a label head, recently launching her own imprint. With two dance music EPs already under her belt and a hotly anticipated release on Naarm's Digital Music Only (DMO) imprint on the horizon, 2024 promises to be the year when Lex elevates her sonic artistry to unprecedented heights.
